Domus — Real estate + map search

Why we built this

Real estate sites usually mean a portal plugin and a thousand identical cards. We built Domus to show the boutique alternative: curated listings, regions with a point of view, and inquiries that land with the right human — built on the same 14-day system.

The approach

Listings are editorial objects, not database rows: gallery, specs, and a private-styled Mapbox map centred on the property. Regions curate listings the way an advisor would, and each advisor has a face and a name on the roster.

The wiring is the differentiator: a listing inquiry doesn't go to an info@ inbox — it routes by email to the advisor assigned to that listing, validated and spam-filtered on the way.

What we shipped

  • Listing pages with galleries, specs, and Mapbox maps
  • Region index and curated region pages
  • Advisor roster with per-listing inquiry routing via Resend
  • General contact flow with Zod validation and honeypot
  • Journal, dynamic sitemap, OG images

No invented metrics here — the proof is the live site. Visit Domus ↗
